About FOH Support Role:
This position will be a mixed and rotating role with a focus on assisting customers & beertenders with general questions, merchandise and to-go beer sales, and bar operations to help generate revenue and keep customers engaged & happy.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Retail Cashier / Host
- Recognize & greet guests at the door and help field initial questions about the flow and operation of the venue
- Sales of all merchandise, cans, and growlers to go
- Retain knowledge about the history, philosophy & FAQs of LHBCo
- Operate point-of-sale system & cash register
- Fulfill ecommerce merchandise orders and ensure of their prompt delivery

Barback
- Multitask within a fast paced environment while providing a high level of professionalism
- Operate, maintain, & troubleshoot draft equipment
- Change kegs & retrieve inventory as needed
- Collect, wash, and return glassware for service
- Pre-bus tables on the floor, collecting glassware and trash to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stock customer service stations
- Assist bartenders with any needs on the fly
- Setup & proper close down at the end of each night. This includes mopping the floors, cleaning and covering the taps faucets, wiping down the bar, cleaning the bathrooms, taking the trash out, and ensuring the building is secure & locked
FOH Support Qualifications / Preferred Experience:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours)

About Marketing & Events Coordinator Role:
Lord Hobo is seeking a full-time creative marketing mind to organize and execute strategies that will help further our rapid growth.
The primary role for the Marketing & Events Coordinator is to work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing in building and maintaining relationships and creating brand awareness through off-site events and designing marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a field team of brand ambassadors with the scheduling and execution of off-site events
- Finalize agreements and contracts, ensuring proper event paperwork is in place
- Manage events calendar with scheduling, staffing and product
- Manage events budget with Marketing Director to ensure each event is properly executed

We are hiring a Packaging Operator in our Woburn, MA brewery. The Packaging Operator position is a key role responsible for both the day-to-day packaging of LHBCo beers and the continual upkeep of the packaging equipment. Specific responsibilities include:
- Help own filler operations of Krones canning line
- Can and keg beer according to the daily packaging schedule
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving packaging issues
- Set up, operate, and maintain our Krones canning machine including line changeovers between 12oz and 16oz cans and brand specific cartons
- Set up, operate, and maintain our IDD Mini King kegging machine for the full variety of draft container offerings
- Contribute to and rely on packaging performance metrics
- Identify and implement improvements to maximize package quality and operations efficiency
- Pick and prepare packaging raw materials including folding case trays and washing kegs
- Pick, document, and load finished beer to be distributed to our customers
- Work towards the daily goal of a pristinely clean brewery

Packaging Operator qualifications
At a minimum, the Packaging Operator must have the following:

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking to add some key roles to ensure that our beer continues to be world-class. Our company is seeking a full-time quality control technician to join our emerging QC/QA department. Any prospective candidates should note that he/she will be tasked with helping Lord Hobo continue to invest in and grow our already robust Quality Department.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician position include but are not limited to:
- Sample, evaluate and document microbiological status of beer both in process and in package in accordance with our quality control plan
- Assist in yeast management by performing cell counts and viability assays, determining pitch rates, and yeast propagation
- Conduct forced fermentations
- Assist in the analyzing of carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in fermenters, bright tanks, and packaged products
- Perform and test aseptic samples of all wort, deaerated water, in-process beer, finished beer, and packaged products, which include PCR, membrane filtration, and spread plates
- Run and analyze beer chemistry on all wort, finished fermented beer, bright beer, and packaged products
- Assist the brewing team in process change decisions and attend monthly Brand Review meetings
- Maintain a sterile laboratory
- Work in a careful, safe manner in accordance with company SOP’s
- Meet with packaging lead on a daily basis to ensure proper testing of packaged product on both the keg line and can line are held in accordance with our Quality SOP’s
- Perform microbial audits on both the keg line and can line, which include fill height analysis, filler head sanitation, keg DO levels, etc.
- Work with the Brewmaster and Lead Brewer in monitoring all incoming raw materials and provide Quality Control testing as seen fit
- Schedule audits of tank cleaning procedures with Cellar Lead to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all fermenter and bright tanks
Quality Control Technician qualifications:
At a minimum, the Quality Control Technician must have the following:
- 1-2 years of experience in a production brewery/ beer pub quality control role, or 3-5 years cellar/brewhouse experience
- Proficiency in the production and use of differential media to identify aerobic and anaerobic beer spoilers and wild yeast
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or similarly related field preferred, B.S. Microbiology or Biology in will be considered
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude

- Excellent organization and communication skills

Lord Hobo is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst whose primary role will be to gather and organize data and generate deeper customer insight to enhance our sales team’s productivity. The SOA will be responsible for supporting our sales leadership team and will report directly to the VP of Sales.. Once acclimated, the SOA will be charged with providing connection between three crucial areas of our business: sales, operations, and finance.

Essential Duties:
- Managing existing sales reports and designing new reports supporting sales strategy.

About the Supply Chain Analyst role:
The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Analyst role has strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and has experience in a supply chain management role, including; production scheduling, procurement, and MRP-related systems and processes. The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to virtually all aspects of supply chain management, demand management, production scheduling, and production administration and analytics.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize OrchestratedBeer (“OBeer”), LHBCo’s ERP/MRP software, and other systems and processes to generate production schedules, raw material and packaging purchase orders (POs), assess inventory levels and other related activities
- Interface with vendors and contribute to the optimization of procurement and planning processes
- Update and maintain accurate data within LHBCo’s systems
- Contribute to SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) processes and collaborate with the commercial team to assess demand and frequently changing production requirements
- Assist with the development, execution, and tracking of continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively across Operations (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, QA) and work with management on special projects
- Have the ability to make quick, on the fly decisions as it pertains to cellar and packaging demands
- Provide key contributions to Lord Hobo's procurement process including the evaluation and assessment of existing suppliers and due diligence reviews of potential future suppliers.
- Identify risks to the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies and tactics as countermeasures
